Pool Sanitization with 3-Inch Tablets

For use in feeders or floaters, these tablets effectively kill bacteria, control algae, clarify the water, prevent metal staining and corrosion, and reduce scale formation.

A) Important Notes: 1. Shock your pool weekly to maintain optimal sanitization. 2. Factors like sunlight, rainfall, temperature, swimmer count, and pool usage frequency affect the rate of chlorine residual loss. Adjust cleaning and chemical maintenance accordingly. 3. Use this product in an automatic feeder or floater. 4. Do not mix this product with other chemicals in the feeder or floater. 5. To avoid damage, ensure the product does not come into direct contact with pool surfaces or materials. Do not throw the tablets directly into the pool.

B) Before You Begin: 1. Ensure all pool equipment is functioning properly. Adjust stabilizer levels to 40-100 ppm using a Stabilizer. 2. Test and adjust the water's pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness to the correct levels. Maintain the pH between 7.4-7.6. 3. Check the free available chlorine level and add a granular chlorinating product to reach 2-4 ppm.

C) Start-Up: 1. If the water is cloudy or green, superchlorinate the pool with an appropriate shock product until it clears. 2. Add 16 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water to the feeder or floater. Test the free available chlorine level after at least 4 hours of circulation, and adjust the feeder or floater as per the manufacturer's instructions to maintain a 2-4 ppm chlorine level. 3. Once the chlorine level is adjusted, add an algaecide.

D) Maintenance: Add 16 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water per week, or as needed, to the feeder or floater to maintain a constant 2-4 ppm free available chlorine level. Reentry into the pool is prohibited when the chlorine level exceeds 3 ppm, due to the risk of bodily injury.

This all-in-one product provides sanitization, clarification, stain inhibition, algae control, scale reduction, and sunlight protection in the form of slow-dissolving 3-inch tabs. Use 2 tabs per 10,000 gallons of water, maintaining the pH at 7.4-7.6 and total alkalinity at 80-130 ppm.
